Refunds & Cancellation

How trials, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refund requests work.

Effective date: September 14, 2026

Seller and service operator: Sharkcord

Contact: support@sharkcord.com

Before you purchase

Sharkcord provides digital software access for a selected Discord server. The checkout identifies the price, currency, billing interval, included plan, and applicable taxes or additional charges before you pay. Unless specifically stated otherwise in that offer, the subscription renews automatically until canceled. For a 30-day offer, the renewal date can move within the calendar month.

Our seven-day management trial requires no card and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. It excludes AI, premium builder features, and additional Free template-assisted builds. You must separately choose and complete a paid purchase to be charged.

Cancel future renewals

  • Whop purchase: use the subscription controls in Sharkcord’s Billing page, or open your Whop account, go to Orders, select the purchase, and use its cancellation controls. You can also contact support@sharkcord.com if you cannot access those controls.
  • Discord purchase: manage the subscription in Discord User Settings → Subscriptions. Discord controls cancellation and refund processing for those purchases. Contact Sharkcord support for help identifying the right purchase, and Discord support for provider billing problems.

Cancel before the next renewal shown by your provider to prevent the next charge. The ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until that date unless a refund, payment reversal, or justified suspension changes it. Keep the cancellation confirmation. If a provider error prevents cancellation, contact us promptly; we will investigate the documented request and any resulting charge.

Deleting your Sharkcord account, removing the bot, leaving or transferring a Discord server, and signing out do not themselves stop the provider’s subscription. We will help resolve subscriptions associated with a deletion request, but do not assume a charge has stopped until cancellation is confirmed.

Refund requests

There is no general money-back guarantee for a change of mind or a completed one-time use of the builder. Canceling ordinarily stops future charges and does not automatically refund the period already paid for. This rule does not override applicable law, the purchase offer, or Whop’s or Discord’s applicable buyer protections and refund decisions.

Contact us if you believe you were charged twice, charged after a valid cancellation, charged without authorization, or denied a paid feature materially described in your offer. We will review the facts and correct billing errors or provide the remedy required by law or the applicable provider. We may first offer technical assistance where appropriate, but that does not replace a refund right you already have.

If we permanently discontinue a paid service or terminate your access without a material breach by you, we will refund its unused prepaid portion. You may have further rights where a service is defective, misdescribed, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. Nothing here removes a mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal right, or assumes that using a digital service automatically waives it.

Send your purchase provider, order or receipt reference, relevant server ID, charge date, and a short description to support@sharkcord.com. Never send your full card number, security code, password, or account token. A support request is not a waiver of your right to use the provider’s dispute process or contact your financial institution. Provider deadlines may apply; contact them directly when necessary to preserve your rights.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider using its available methods. Bank and provider processing times vary. We do not promise an instant credit, issue substitute cryptocurrency refunds, or require an additional fee to release a refund.

Downgrades, failed payments, and refunds

When verified paid access ends, the server returns to the available Free limits. Saved channels, roles, and configurations are not automatically deleted merely because a plan expires. Premium features and new activity beyond the Free limits can become unavailable. Existing work remains subject to normal retention rules; a downgrade does not promise indefinite storage.

A failed renewal does not grant a new unpaid service period. A refund or payment reversal can end the coverage associated with that payment. This does not authorize unrelated data deletion or change your members’ Discord permissions merely because of a billing event.

Provider rules and changes

The provider on your receipt handles the payment under its own terms. We cannot overrule a lawful provider decision or restrict mandatory consumer rights. An offer with more favorable refund rights takes precedence for that purchase. Material changes to this policy will be disclosed before they apply to future purchases or renewals; they will not remove rights already attached to an earlier purchase.
